I didn’t arrive at this work through a certification. I arrived through the fire.
My journey into transformational coaching began the way most real awakenings do. Not through a book, but through lived experience. Through the moments that broke me open, the seasons that demanded I choose between shrinking and becoming, and the deep inner work that taught me the most profound truth I know: you are not broken. You are unfinished.
I am a spiritual guide, life coach, and consciousness explorer dedicated to one thing: helping you close the gap between the life you are living and the life your soul came here to live. My work sits at the intersection of ancient wisdom and practical transformation, drawing from Hermetic principles, mindfulness, ancestral knowing, and the timeless truth that your beliefs, thoughts, emotions, and actions are always conspiring to build your reality.
What makes my coaching different is that I don’t hand you a framework and send you on your way. I walk into the fire with you. We do the real work, excavating the limiting beliefs, rewiring the inner narrative, and rebuilding from the foundation of who you truly are.
This is not self-help. This is self-remembrance.

Through residential placement, life coaching, job placement assistance, and holistic support spanning the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual dimensions of recovery, Second Chance walks alongside those who are rebuilding their lives from the ground up.
Through Infinite Spirit, she serves as a certified Transformational Life Coach and spiritual development leader, integrating mindfulness, breathwork, and self-actualization exercises into 1:1 coaching frameworks, specialized e-commerce lifestyle items, and community organization, including the My Infinite Spirit Meditation Group based in Orlando, Florida.

Through meditation, peace is discovered in stillness, in the quiet awareness of the present moment, and it becomes even more powerful when experienced in nature.
Spiritually, meditation brings you back to your center, where presence replaces distraction and connection replaces isolation. In that stillness, you begin to feel grounded, aligned, and deeply aware.
Mentally, it creates space between your thoughts and your reactions. The noise softens. Clarity grows. What once felt overwhelming becomes manageable because you’re no longer pulled in every direction.
Emotionally, it allows you to feel without being consumed. Instead of suppressing or reacting impulsively, you learn to sit with your emotions, understand them, and let them move through you. Over time, this builds compassion for yourself and others, turning emotional turbulence into emotional intelligence.
Physically, your body follows the mind into calm. The breath slows, the nervous system settles, and tension begins to release.
And when this presence meets nature, the rhythm of trees, water, wind, and open sky, peace is amplified. Nature mirrors stillness. It quiets the mind without effort and deepens the sense of connection, reminding you that calm isn’t something you chase, it’s something you return to.
